 India is still a developing country and so is its population. we need to understand this, India has more rural area than urban area and same goes for its population(more rural population than urban population)  and data provided by World Bank collection of development indicators (which is one of the official of world bank) proves it all. Rural areas have less facilities than urban areas and no doubt corruption is the one to blame and because of those facilities people start migrating towards urban areas. The crowd in rural areas have been taught the old fashioned way EDUCATION IS THE KEY FOR SUCCESS and when we they say the word EDUCATION, it means by holding a piece of paper written you name with a certain degree offered by a certain university which we call a certificate of degree . we can agree with them to a certain level.
